Service Level Agreement


ANY PARTICIPATION IN THIS SITE, THE SERVICES OFFERED BY RABBITNODE, OR THE USE OF ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE THAT IS ASSOCIATED WITH RABBITNODE, WILL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT.

RabbitNode guarantees uptime for the following products:

In the event of downtime to any of these services, lasting longer than ten (10) minutes, the following will happen:

RabbitNode does not guarantee uptime for any other service, including but not limited to, Virtual Private Servers (VPS), Dedicated Servers, and all other cloud products. RabbitNode only guarantees the ability for the client to use the hardware at any time. RabbitNode is not responsible for anything other than the hardware of these services.

If downtime to a service is caused by the client, RabbitNode is not responsible for that downtime and does not offer any credit for downtime in such a case.

If downtime to any service is announced and/or scheduled at least two (2) hours prior to said downtime occurring, RabbitNode will not offer any credit for said downtime.
